Delivery Policy — Lilith Floral Design Studio

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Aarhus C and selected nearby areas at our discretion.

Availability outside postal code 8000 must be confirmed before ordering.

Lilith Floral Design Studio reserves the right to decline or cancel orders outside our delivery zone.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made on:

Tuesdays between 12:00–16:00
Fridays between 12:00–16:00

We operate on a scheduled delivery system only. We do not offer same-day or on-demand delivery outside these delivery days.

Order Cutoff Times

For Tuesday delivery: Monday at 18:00
For Friday delivery: Thursday at 18:00

Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Unattended Delivery

All deliveries are made without requiring the recipient to be present.

At checkout, you must provide a safe and accessible delivery location, such as:

Inside a hallway
Behind a gate
A sheltered entrance
Another clearly described protected location

If no instructions are provided, the delivery driver will choose a suitable delivery location at their discretion.

By placing an order, you accept that:

The order is considered delivered once placed at the specified location
Responsibility transfers at the time of delivery
A photo confirmation may be documented at the time of delivery

Responsibility

Lilith Floral Design Studio is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, weather exposure, or deterioration occurring after delivery has been completed in accordance with the provided instructions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is suitable and protected from weather conditions.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Missing access information (e.g. door code)
Inaccessible property
Unsafe or unreasonable delivery conditions

the order will be considered fulfilled.

Redelivery may be offered at an additional cost and subject to availability.

Delivery Conditions

We do not offer exact delivery times
We do not call ahead before delivery
We do not attempt redelivery if the recipient is unavailable
Delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed

Delays may occur due to route conditions, weather, traffic, or operational factors.

Workplace Delivery (Recommended)

For the most reliable delivery experience, we recommend using a staffed workplace or business address whenever possible.

Weather & Seasonal Conditions

All arrangements are designed to withstand normal seasonal conditions. However, exposure to heat, direct sunlight, heavy rain, wind, or cold temperatures may affect flower longevity and condition.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Delivery

Lilith Floral Design Studio reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or cancel delivery where access conditions, safety concerns, weather conditions, or operational limitations make fulfillment unreasonable or impractical.
