When should I place my order?

Orders must be placed before the cutoff times for each delivery day:

  • Monday before 18:00 → Tuesday delivery
  • Thursday before 18:00 → Friday delivery

We recommend ordering early, as availability is limited for each delivery day.

When will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Fridays between 12:00–16:00.

We do not offer exact delivery times or time-slot selection.

Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?

No. All deliveries are made without requiring the recipient to be present.

You must provide a safe delivery location at checkout. Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

No. We operate on fixed delivery routes and do not offer specific time requests.

Will my bouquet look exactly like the photos?

Not exactly.

Every bouquet is made to order using the best flowers available at the time of creation. Flower varieties, colours, and overall mood may vary from the photographs.

Rather than following fixed recipes, Lilith works with what is most interesting, beautiful, and appropriate that week. One bouquet may feel soft and romantic, another architectural, wild, tropical, or restrained.

The photographs are intended to represent our approach to floral design rather than an exact outcome.

You are welcome to leave notes at checkout regarding allergies or flowers you would prefer to avoid. We will take these into account where possible, but cannot guarantee specific flowers, colours, or exact outcomes.

What if there is an issue with my order?

If your order is damaged or significantly different from what was expected, you must contact us within the claim period.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo documentation

Claims must be submitted by 23:59 on the day following delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only possible within specific timeframes:

  • More than 24 hours before delivery → full refund
  • 12–24 hours before delivery → 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours → non-refundable

Orders within 12 hours of delivery are final.

Always. You can add a personal note at checkout — we'll make sure it's beautifully presented.

What determines the size of a bouquet?

The value is based on the overall composition, not just stem count. We design for balance, volume, and visual impact.

Are there additional delivery fees?

Yes, delivery is calculated at checkout.

How fresh are the flowers?

We source fresh flowers multiple times per week and design shortly before delivery.

How should I care for my bouquet?

To help your flowers last as long as possible:

  • Trim the stems correctly — use a sharp knife or floral shears (not regular scissors, as they can damage the stems). Cut 1–2 cm at an angle.
  • Use a clean vase — wash the vase before use and fill it with fresh, cold water.
  • Change the water regularly — replace the water every 1–2 days to keep it clean.
  • Remove leaves below the waterline — this prevents bacteria from forming in the water.
  • Re-trim the stems every few days — this helps the flowers absorb water more effectively.
  • Place the bouquet carefully — keep it away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts.
  • Avoid placing near fruit — fruit releases gases that can shorten the lifespan of flowers.
